No more crystal ball gazing?

Possible good news for family law practitioners today as our man with his finger on the pulse discloses the launch of an information bulletin at Bury St Edmunds divorce centre. This follows months of delays subsequent to the centralisation of divorce issuing, and the ensuing impossibility of knowing when we might expect to receive long awaited paperwork. Perhaps now we will be able to do more than shrug our shoulders when our clients ask how soon they will be divorced. Thank you to someone sensible for this great idea.

Bury St Edmunds Divorce Centre launches Information Bulletin

The Bury St Edmunds Divorce Centre is launching an 'on demand' information bulletin on 16 November 2015.  It will show the work position at the Divorce Centre and provide general information to assist practitioners.  This will enable solicitors and others to assess when work sent to the Divorce Centre will be processed and reduce the need to telephone or write for progress updates, saving time and providing information to keep clients informed.

Work information will be updated daily at 12 noon. The other information will be regularly reviewed and updated periodically to ensure that it is up to date and reflects current experience.

The information can be accessed by sending an e-mail to the mailbox [email protected] .  On receipt the bulletin will automatically be sent in response.
